Membership renewal, generally takes place throughout December & January. Should you fail to renew by 31st January you will, unfortunately, incur a late charge if choose to renew after that date.

Member Discount

Yes! 80 pence off a pint or bottle of Newcastle Brown, 40 pence off spirits or a large glass of wine, 20 pence off a small glass of wine Monday to Thursday every week. Make sure to carry your card and fob for proof of membership to qualify.

Dog Friendly

Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the bar and not just the garden.

Albany Club Quiz

The new Albany Club quiz, which occurs on the first Wednesday of each month, will be up next at 8pm on Wednesday 6th May 2026. Entry is £1.00 per person. Teams of 1, 2, 3 up to a maximum of 4.  If you are more than 4 you can split into 2 teams (e.g. a team of 3 and another of 2) and still sit together. Drinks vouchers to be won. The format is five rounds of twelve questions themed on topics related to the previous month, e.g April quiz will include an Irish round and a Welsh round. All subjects are covered from the arts and geography to music and sport. The quiz is delivered by club member Lynn Gillespie who has past experience of running successful quizzes. Lynn was responsible for compiling the clubs most successful charity quiz for Pass The Smile for Ben a few years ago. Come along and test your knowledge.

Live Music News

This Thursday, Cov Loves to Boogie is back to its regular slot. Join Bridget and the Boogie boys and girls for some eclectic music for mind, body and soul. Join us from 6:00pm until 10:30pm. 

It’s the Back Holiday coming up so we’ve got an extended line-up this weekend. Live Music on Friday, sees the club welcome back, Front Row. A vibrant covers band based in Birmingham. They’re at the club to entertain and to enjoy doing it. They play a variety of music from the 50’s to present day. Everything to get the party going. Seasoned musicians with powerful vocals, who never fail to entertain, this Friday, 1st May.

On Saturday, we welcome back Ultrafade. An exciting new two-piece 80’s covers band from Rugby, performing hits from the likes of Duran Duran, Tears for Fears, Soft Cell, Ultravox and many, many more, this Saturday, 2nd May…………….

………….ably assisted by DJ Shanksy on the decks, as usual, ’til late.

Because it’s a Bank holiday, we have some extra entertainment for you on Sunday and Monday. Sunday evening sees local favourites ABBA Ever After playing in the lounge. An authentic ABBA Tribute Duo based in Coventry, offering an all singing, all dancing, fabulous flares and feathers show. The girls are guaranteed to get you dancing, jiving and having the time of your life!’ This Sunday 3rd May.

It’s the Earlsdon Festival on Monday so why not keep the fun going and pop into the club where, around 3pm, you’ll be treated to some of the best covers from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s by Casino II, a local duo, this Monday 4th May.

As always, entry is free to club members for live entertainment and the best of sport on TV, £3 for guests.

Sunday Night Fever returns on Sunday at 6:30pm until 10:30pm for some great dancing and groovin’. Everyone is welcome, free entry.

Secretary's Hours

The Secretary’s office is manned Monday to Thursday from 8:00am until 4:00pm every week. Access to the Secretary is only possible during club opening hours.

These days will be for all membership enquiries, lost cards and entry fob activations. Room hire queries and urgent matters will be dealt with by the Secretary when she is in. You may also leave membership applications, documents, letters etc in the post box which is in the foyer by the office door. Thanks for your co-operation. If in doubt, phone before travelling any distance.

Shows, bands and events may sometimes be cancelled at short notice due to circumstances out of our control. Please check before setting out or when travelling long distances.
